The Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education oversees graduate medical education in the United States. Designed to provide broad based training in all aspects of imaging, the diagnostic radiology residency program must provide educational experiences that not only provide technical, professional, and patient centered training, but also meet accreditation standards.
