Abstract

This is a document describing the approach to a multi-staged didactic for training critical care fellows using simulation on typical scenarios encountered in the ICU. It is comprised of seven sessions with each one built upon events encountered in the prior session. Resources included in this submission include the Simulation Interest Group Scenario Template, slides with each sessions pertinent data presented to the learners, evaluation forms used and references.
